UNC Bucket List: 25 Things All Tar Heels Fans Must Do

Hate anything Duke-related
True UNC fans despise the Duke Blue Devils. It’s similar to Mercedes Benz vs. BMW and Samsung vs. Apple. For the record, I’m pro-BMW and pro-Apple and own both.
Back to hating Duke, they are UNC’s biggest enemy. I do not like visiting Durham, I do not like royal blue.
Heck, I struggled to cheer for USA Basketball in the 2008, 2012 and 2016 Olympics because Duke’s basketball coach Mike Krzyzkewski (better known as ‘Coach K’) coached the USA basketball team.
When Duke plays in the NCAA Basketball Tournament, I do not cheer for them because they are a fellow ACC team. I pull for their opponents. Til this day, I’m still on a “Lehigh” and I have no “Mercer” for any Blue Devil.
Anytime a Carolina team in ANY sport beats a Duke team, I am happy. As Tar Heels say, it’s a GDTBATH (Good Day To Be A Tar Heel). Heel yeah!
