Virginia Tech has a very favorable ACC Conference Schedule in 2016. VT’s two crossover games in the Atlantic Division are 0-8 Boston College and 2-6 Syracuse. Missing out on Clemson, Florida State and Louisville will surely help first year coach Justin Fuente.

After an emotional game last year in Blacksburg, VA, the Tar Heels will be facing Virginia Tech in a very pivotal ACC Coastal game. Virginia Tech has always had the athletes and ability to compete in the ACC, and with a new start in Blacksburg under their first year head coach, they could easily be projected as a Dark Horse to win the ACC Coastal Division.

Four of the Tar Heel’s toughest five games this year are all back to back in a four-week span. If the Tar Heels have officially passed over the “hump” this is a must win game for the Heels. Look for the Tar Heels to win a hard fought game in Chapel Hill this year.
