P.J. Washington (#23, 247Sports)

6-7, 225 – Power Forward
Dallas, TX
Findlay Prep

CONSIDERING: Arizona, Florida, Kentucky, Michigan State, North Carolina and more.

P.J. Washington is a 6-7, 225-pound power forward with a 7’1″ wingspan. His length is his greatest natural asset and it helps him play bigger than he actually is. He’s got a good shot from short to mid-range and he’s also good at finishing down low against contact.

His long arms and lengthy wingspan help him block more shots than most players his size. He’s a very good rebounder due in part to his muscular frame and ability to push smaller guys around.

The biggest threat to his game at the next level will be his lack of height at the power forward position. At 6-7, he will be playing at a decided height disadvantage against other power forwards.
