We rank the teams in the East Region of the NCAA Tournament

It is finally here.

After four months of basketball, the Tournament of all tournaments is upon us. And we here at KIH are excited because the Heels are a one seed for the first time since 2012. That just happened to be the last year that the Heels made an elite 8 and if not for a Kendall Marshall injury might have been the year of Roy’s third national Championship.

Nonetheless here we are: Three weeks away from a final four in Houston. The brackets are set, so how does the East Region stack up from top to bottom?

Due to two buys there are 18 teams in the East. So lets start with two bottom dwellers and a team that should be playing in the NIT.

Note: Last Rank is the seed of the team
