Fresh off of an ACC Tournament championship and selection to first-team All-America by the United States Basketball Writers Association, Brice Johnson and the Tar Heels are firing on all cylinders. Their guards are beginning to find their shooting touch and the front court trio of Johnson, Kennedy Meeks and Isaiah Hicks has been deadly over the past two weeks. If this is the new norm, look out.

Johnson is the catalyst for the Tar Heels high-powered offense. He demands double teams that help shooters get open. He creates mismatches with his long, athletic build and he scores at will around the basket.

Anything less than a trip to the Final Four will be a disappointment for Johnson, the Tar Heels and the UNC faithful.

Don’t be surprised to see these guys in Houston as one-quarter of the Final Four.
