2016 Committed

Tony Bradley (#29, 247Sports)

6-10, 235 – Center
Bartow, FL
Bartow High School

Tony Bradley was Roy Williams’ first commitment in the 2016 class. A true post player, Bradley is very effective deep in the paint and around the rim. He’s got great hands and a soft touch and finishes well. A slender 230 pounds, Bradley runs the court very well for a big man. He is also an accomplished rebounder. What he lacks in athletic ability he often makes up for in effort. Bradley will need to continue to work on his shot outside the paint to become a more consistent threat when not on the low blocks.

Brandon Robinson(#54, 247Sports)
6-5, 160 – Shooting Guard
Douglasville, GA
Douglas County High School

Robinson is a good perimeter player, both offensively and defensively. He’s very lean, but has good length and moves well without the ball. He’s capable of knocking down a three and then defending the opposing teams best deep threat on the other end of the floor. He’s very athletic but does lack strength to work in the paint. He could also continue to work on his ball-handling skills.

Seventh Woods (#45, 247Sports)

6-2, 175 – Combo Guard
Columbia, SC
Hammond School

Seventh Woods is a terrific athlete. His ability to run the floor will most definitely make Head Coach Roy Williams happy. He has great speed north and south as well as laterally. He can help speed the offense up and lead them in transition. Whether or not he plays point guard or shooting guard will depend on his ability to become a better ball-handler and shooter. Although he has worked on his shot a lot over the last year, he could still use some polish on his mid to long-range game. If exciting basketball is what you’re looking for though, look no further.
