College Gameday is back! The ESPN College Gameday crew will be making an appearance this weekend in Chapel Hill before the UNC Duke game on Saturday night.
Here is some information about Gameday and sign making, from GoHeels.com…
"ESPN’s College Gameday pregame program will originate from the Smith Center in Chapel Hill on Saturday March 7 on the day of the matchup between North Carolina and Duke. The show, featuring Rece Davis, Jay Bilas, Jay Williams and Seth Greenberg, will broadcast live for its 10 a.m. to noon broadcast. Smith Center doors will open at 9 a.m. UNC students should use Entrance C to the arena and the general public should use Entrance D. Fans are encouraged to bring signs. Free t-shirts will be given to the first 1,000 fans through the door. Come early for a chance to win great door prizes, including two 40-inch LED HD televisions and two Beats by Dr. Dre Solo 2 on-ear headphones. Concessions will be available. Fans are encouraged to bring signs to GameDay. Signs with religious/political references, competitive/commercial brand references, personal/promotional hashtags, and profanity will NOT be permitted. UNC will provide sign-making stations inside gates C and D of the Smith Center. Parking for Gameday will be available in the non-reserved sections of the Manning and Bowles Lots adjacent to the Smith Center. All lots must be cleared by 2 p.m. for game preparations."
Fans are encouraged to use their own creative minds to think up a good idea for a sign, but, here are a few ideas that I came up with. We also want you guys to all share your own ideas in the comments below and on our social media accounts!
