Nick Polino
The 3-star offensive guard from Buford, Georgia will be one of the five Heels in the class of 2015 that may find themselves on the offensive line. Polino stands at a modest 6’4″ and weighs in at 275 pounds.
Polino’s initial power off the line is what is most impressive about his game. He single-handedly created holes in his opposing high school defenses by making a huge dent on the defensive line early in the play, and has the ability to drive would-be tacklers all the way to the end-zone if need be.
Fedora admitted that gaining quality players on both interior fronts was a point he wanted to discuss in the recruitment of the class of 2015, and while Polino may not see the field immediately, he will eventually make an impact offensively for this Carolina squad.
