Stackhouse only played two years at Carolina, but they were two exceptional years.  Splitting time between shooting guard and small forward, Stackhouse averaged over 15 points per game at Carolina.  He led the Heels to a Final Four appearance his sophomore year when he was an all-American and the national Player of the Year.

Had Stackhouse played all four years at Carolina, he would likely be at the top of the scoring list.  He was on pace to score 2,160 points, which would have put him in second place, about 100 points behind Tyler Hansbrough.  Unfortunately, Stackhouse didn’t stay long enough to leave a more lasting mark on Carolina’s program.
