After two big departures, recruiting is at a premium in Chapel Hill

Over the last week, the UNC football team lost two of its best players in starting quarterback Mitch Trubisky and junior running back Elijah Hood.

Add that to the loss of senior wide receivers Ryan Switzer, Mack Hollins and Bug Howard as well as senior running back T.J. Logan, and the Tar Heels have a lot of holes to fill.

There’s no doubt that head coach Larry Fedora has been busy on the recruiting trail, but his job just got a bit tougher. Filling those vacancies won’t be easy, but he’s certainly going to try.

Keeping it Heel will continue to follow each step of the way as uncommitted recruits begin making their college choices.
