With over a dozen UNC alums in the NBA, Tar Heels continue to make their mark both collegiality and professionally

The North Carolina Tar Heels have one of the best basketball programs in the country. Many former players have had professional basketball careers both in the NBA and abroad.

Currently, there are 13 former Tar Heels basketball players in the NBA including Brandan Wright, Brice Johnson, Danny Green, Ed Davis, Harrison Barnes, John Henson, Marvin Williams, Raymond Felton, Reggie Bullock, Ty Lawson, Tyler Zeller, Vince Carter and Wayne Ellington.
