UNC Recruits Isiah Hicks, Kennedy Meeks and Nate Britt Nominated for McDonalds All-American Game

All three prospects have signed letters of intent to play for UNC next season.  The Tar Heels 2013 recruiting class is currently ranked #6 in the nation and could receive a significant boost if they are able to land #1 prospect Andrew Wiggins.  In all 64 Tar Heels have played in the game which is widely recognized as the top high school All-American game in the country (although the Jordan brand game is giving it a push for that title).

The final roster of 24 who will play in this years game will be announced during the McDonald’s All American Games Selection Show on ESPNU on February 14 at 5:00 p.m. ET.  The game will take place on April 3rd at Chicago’s United Center.
