Photos from UNC’s national championship win

If you haven’t heard yet, the North Carolina Tar Heels women’s lacrosse team won the national championship on Sunday after beating Maryland 13-7. The win in Philadelphia gave the Tar Heels their second overall title with the previous coming in 2013 over Maryland.

The big win came over the undefeated Terrapins who had a 26-game win streak entering the game.

Following the women’s championship, the men will now look to win the national championship on Monday. They will also take on Maryland in the finals in Philadelphia.
