]]> In his first season as a starter Bryn Renner was more than solid. He threw for a school record of 26 touchdowns and 3,086 yards (only about 400 behind the record TJ Yates set in 2010).  For those of you who may have forgotten, he only had one incomplete pass in his first ever start, going 22 for 23.  I expect Renner to continue to improve in the 2012 season and the rest of his career at UNC. The question I pose today is do you think Renner will play in the NFL?

]]> Joel Berry is the most recent offer in the 2014 class by Roy Williams and the North Carolina Tar Heels.  He joins Tyus Jones as the second point guard offered in the class.   Personally I have openly questioned the strategy of going so hard after PGs in 2014 after securing two top flight prospects at the position in 2012 and 2013 with Marcus Paige and Nate Britt.
