Since Roy Williams came back to his Alma Mater in 2003, he has given the University of North Carolina three National Championships, eight ACC regular season championships, and has had many great players come through his program.

He’s had one-and-done’s. He’s had four-year players. He’s had stars and he’s had role players.

So many of his former players at UNC have gone on to play professionally, whether it be in the NBA or overseas.

Players such as Sean May, Raymond Felton, Ty Lawson, Tyler Hansbrough, Wayne Ellington, Harrison Barnes, and Marcus Paige have come and gone. All leaving a legacy here in Chapel Hill and in the Dean Dome.

I decided to make an all-time Roy Williams era Carolina team. Five starters, a sixth man, and then three role players (and yes I mean role players). I tried to make this as balanced and realistic as possible, so there will obviously be names that have to be left out.

So, with this team, there will be stars but also players who didn’t always lead the team in scoring, but did the little things that helped win many games in their careers.
