Trivia Tuesday Results: August 12th

Here are the results from this morning’s Trivia Tuesday post here on Keeping It Heel. This morning, we posted three clues on the website in an earlier post. Here were the three clues.

Trivia Tuesday: Can you name this player?

Hint #1: I won a national championship at the University of North Carolina.

Hint #2: I was born in Durham, North Carolina

Hint #3: I played in the NBA for the Milwaukee Bucks, drafted in the second round

And the answer is… drum roll please… David Noel!

Noel played for the Tar Heels from 2002 to 2006 after graduating from Southern Durham High School in Durham, North Carolina. He won the 2005 National Championship with the Tar Heels as a key rotation piece with the team and played a much bigger role with the 2006 squad after Raymond Felton, Sean May, Jackie Manuel, Melvin Scott, Jawad Williams and Rashad McCants all moved on to the NBA. Noel himself was selected with the 39th pick in the 2006 NBA Draft to the Milwaukee Bucks, where he played one season. He has also played in the NBA D-League with the Reno Bighorns and the Tulsa 66ers. Most recently, he played with Orléans Loiret Basket.
