Kendall Marshall Thanks Chipotle before Leaving L.A.

Former Tar Heel point guard Kendall Marshall is a must-follow on Twitter, if you aren’t already. After hearing the news about the Milwaukee Bucks claiming him, Marshall sent out some goodbye tweets to Los Angeles and a special chain of restaurants in sunny California.

Marshall played at UNC from 2010-2012. He was born in Dumfries, Virginia, and played his high school ball at Bishop O’Connell High School in Arlington, Virginia. The 2010 McDonalds All-American wore number five for the Tar Heels and had an accomplished career in Chapel Hill. He was named to the All-ACC freshman team in 2011, second team All-ACC and third team All-American in 2012 and won the Bob Cousy award. He was selected with the 13th pick of the 2012 NBA Draft by the Phoenix Suns and has bounced around the league and D-League before hopefully finding a more permanent home in Milwaukee.

Check out this post that outlines what the move means for the Bucks and for Marshall’s NBA future.

I suppose new teammate John Henson will have to give Marshall the good news that all Chipotles around the country serve basically the same food.
