According to his Twitter account, class of 2016 quarterback Jacob Hallenbeck has been offered by North Carolina. The Tar Heels have now offered another class of 2016 recruit, their second one this week.
The 6-foot-3 quarterback out of Avon, Connecticut visited North Carolina as well as a few other schools over the weekend. After the visit, he officially announced his offer. Hallenbeck also visited Eastern Carolina and Wake Forest to complete his trip.
Hallenbeck is credited as being a pro-style quarterback who can run a standard offense and has impressed with his skills at various camps. North Carolina is currently the only team to offer Hallenbeck with plenty of time left in his recruiting journey.
The Tar Heels also offered class of 2016 athlete Terence Williams out of Florida according to Tar Heel Illustrated’s Patrick O’Brien. The all-around athlete recently visited North Carolina over the past few days.
