Rank ‘Em: UNC Basketball’s Coaches Since 1944

The University of North Carolina has been very lucky to have some of the best players and coaches come and go over the years. To have your name on this list as a former head coach at North Carolina is an accomplishment in itself. The program has won national titles in multiple era’s of college basketball (1957, 1982, 1993, 2005, 2009) and had a who’s who of the NBA come and go over the years. There’s this one guy, last name’s Jordan? He ended up alright in the NBA.

In this week’s article, I will look back and rank all of the coaches starting from 1944 with Ben Carneval through the current man in charge, Roy Williams.
