2014 wide receiver Devin Perry is officially a North Carolina Tar Heel. Perry signed his letter of intent on Wednesday after committing to North Carolina just a few weeks ago at the first of the year. The 6-1, 176 pound receiver comes to Chapel Hill from neighboring Tennessee and was a big late addition to Larry Fedora’s recruiting class.
