On Friday morning, two of the nation’s best players in the 2014 basketball are set to play against each other on ESPNU. 2014 UNC commit Theo Pinson and his Wesleyan teammates will take the court to play UNC target Rashad Vaughn and his Findlay Prep teammates.

Pinson – a 6-6 and 180 pound small forward form Oak Ridge, North Carolina – stunned many college basketball fans, reporters, and coaches when he committed to the University of North Carolina over the Indiana Hoosiers on May 22, 2013. Tom Crean and the Hoosiers went all in and things seemed to be pointing in their favor, but it was Roy Williams who won Pinson over.

Vaughn on the other hand is still feeling out his options and preparing for an official visit to UNC in February. The 6-5, 203 pound shooting guard is a popular favorite among UNC fans. Despite nearly committing to UNC on his visit to Chapel Hill when the Tar Heels played Duke last season, Vaughn has slowly become a long shot for the Tar Heels to land.
Be sure to tune into ESPNU tomorrow morning to watch Wesleyan Academy vs. Findlay Prep at 11:30 am!
