With National Signing Day rapidly approaching, we decided to look at the top incoming freshmen that are either already enrolled or verbally committed to the North Carolina Tar Heels. Whether a top ranked recruit or meeting an important need to the Tar Heels, these recruits are set to make early impacts at UNC.
