If the North Carolina Tar Heels want to avoid going 0-3 to start ACC conference play, they have to defeat No. 2 Syracuse on the road and grab the upset win. North Carolina has had one interesting season and it doesn’t appear to get any better. However, there is no better time of the season to turn things around then against the undefeated Orange of Syracuse!

Syracuse has the better record and they also look better on paper. They out rank North Carolina in field goal percentage, three point percentage, free throw percentage and have fewer turnovers. Despite not having more points per game, this Syracuse team is strong and dominate this season. Playing a struggling Carolina team at home puts them in as the favorites to win tomorrow’s anticipated match-up.

However, don’t count the Tar Heels out. They are undefeated against AP Top-25 ranked teams this season despite having some embarrassing losses this season.
