North Carolina headed to Belk Bowl vs. Cincinnati


The North Carolina Tar Heels are headed Charlotte NC, to participate in the Belk Bowl, against the 9-3 Cincinnati Bearcats of the American Athletic Conference.

The game will take place at 3:20 p.m. Eastern, on Saturday, December 28th at Bank of America Stadium, the home of the Carolina Panthers. You can find tickets to the game on Stub Hub and through the UNC athletic department at GoHeels.com.

Cincinnati finished third in the AAC with a 6-2 conference record. The Bearcats lost to Louisville, South Florida and Illinois this season and were 0-1 vs. the Top 25. Cincy also won last year’s Belk Bowl against the Duke Blue Devils in a 48-34 thriller. They will be tough competition for the 6-6 Tar Heels.
