Tyler Hansbrough continues hot play
Tyler Hansbrough picked up his third double-double in as many games when he finished with 22 points and 12 rebounds in the Pacers’ 102-78 victory over the Milwaukee Bucks on Friday. “He gets in a better rhythm of the game,” Indiana Pacers coach Frank Vogel said. “Whatever it is, I’m glad it’s working out for Tyler and for us.” (Indianapolis Star)

UNC Basketball Recruiting: Andrew Wiggins Meeting With John Calipari
The saga that is the recruitment of Andrew Wiggins continues with a new report coming from Evan Daniels. Daniels is reporting that Kentucky head coach John Calipari will be meeting with Wiggins this afternoon. (KIH)

Harry Giles on USA Basketball’s developmental team
Wesleyan forward Harry Giles spent the winter wowing spectators in high school gyms across the state. Wednesday, the 6-foot-7 freshman earned a chance to take those highlights to the national level. USA Basketball selected Giles to be a part of its developmental national team on Wednesday, an important step toward securing a place on USA Basketball’s U16 and U17 teams this summer. He is already being recruited by a number of college programs, including North Carolina, Duke and N.C. State. (Greensboro News & Record)

7-foot high school freshman Raekwon Long performs swimmingly in North Carolina
Head boys basketball coach Joshua Coley of Garinger (Charlotte, N.C.) has a certified freshman phenom in 7-foot, 250-pound Raekwon Long. And as is the case with many young talents, coaching Long comes with its own unique set of challenges. Very unique in this case. Long has taken unofficial visits to Charlotte, Clemson, Duke, Kentucky, North Carolina and Wake Forest. Long will play on the summer circuit with the Carolina Diamonds. (MaxPreps.com)

ESPN3 To Carry UNC Spring Game April 13
A total of nine spring football games of teams that will compete for the 2013 ACC Football Championship and a trip to Charlotte for the 2013 ACC Football Championship Game will be available on ESPN3 this spring. Included will be spring games from six Coastal Division teams in Duke (Apr. 13), Miami (Apr. 13), North Carolina (Apr. 13), Pittsburgh (Apr. 12), Virginia and Virginia Tech. (GoHeels.com)
