UNC Baseball: Boston College Series Preview

This weekend the Diamond Heels of North Carolina are set to host ACC conference foes, Boston College, in Chapel Hill for a three game series. This series was originally scheduled to take place at Boston College, but weather conditions have forced the series to be moved Chapel Hill.

Fresh off of a 16-0 blowout against Princeton, the Tar Heels are seeking to go 19-1 after their three-game series against the Eagles. It doesn’t appear that it will be a tough feat to accomplish.

The Eagles of Boston College are the ACC’s worst baseball team so far this season. They are 3-15-0 overall this season and have not been able to get a win yet in conference play. They are 0-6 in ACC play.

North Caroina is the best team in the country right now and they have been absolutely on fire. After Miami gave them their first loss last week, they turned around the following day and gave them a 14-2 whooping. Days later, they followed through against Princeton with a 16-0 blowout.
